Seems like Nintendo is battling to gain control of Super Mario.com, which is currently flooded with flash game versions of Mario games. While this should be an easy battle for Nintendo to win does it feel bad at all. The site gets at least 200,000 views a month, and that might create more backlash than needed. Still, it’ll be interesting to see what happens once things finally come to pass. And don’t worry folks, Super Mario 3D Land is still scheduled to release this year!!!
