This afternoon Nintendo UK hosted a Nintendo Direct video conference regarding upcoming titles for Nintendo 3DS and Wii U. Satoru Iwata hosted the event and revealed numerous new titles and confirmed several release dates for anticipated titles. - New DLC coming to New Super Mario Bros U for Wii U: New Super Luigi U. Brand new downloadable levels for the whole game, featuring only Luigi.
- Mario Golf: World Tour coming to 3DS this summer.
- Fire Emblem Awakening set for EU release on 19th April. Limited Edition 3DS XL bundle also revealed Blue 3DS XL with fire emblem logo.
- Wii U and 3DS Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate bundles coming to EU on 22nd March.
- Mario and Luigi: Dream Team coming to 3DS this summer. Enter Luigi’s dream world and touch Luigi’s sleeping face to solve puzzles.
- Legend of Zelda Miiverse community available on Wii U from today.
- Black and White 3DS XL consoles arriving soon.
- Legend of Zelda: Symphony of the Goddesses concerts are coming to London, Paris and Berlin
- Inazuma 11 coming this summer. Being remade for Nintendo 3DS, 2200 games and 350 moves.
- Etrian Odyssey 4 coming this Spring.
- Project X Zone coming this Summer.
- Castlevania: Lords of Shadow: Mirror of Fate coming March 8th. Over 20 hours of gameplay.
- Luigi’s Mansion 2 multiplayer modes detailed: Hunter mode, Chase mode, Rush mode and Polterpup mode.
- Splash or Crash – set for release on February 28th from Nintendo 3DS eShop
- Code of Princess – coming this Spring
- Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Gates to Infinity. More than 20 dungeons to explore and each is different every time you enter. A new city building aspect has been included in the game. You can use the 3DS camera to scan objects to enter new dungeons.
- Animal Crossing New Leaf coming to EU June 14th. You can collect furniture throughout the game to decorate your own home. Can also change the look of your house on the outside. Clothes split into tops, bottoms and shoes. Multiplayer improvements – can use Streetpass and the internet to visit towns created by players you have never met.
- Mario vs Donkey Kong downloadable game coming to 3DS. Control mini Mario, Peach, and Donkey Kong. New redesigned level editor, Mario vs. Donkey Kong eShop title coming.
- Donkey Kong Country Returns 3D coming to 3DS, video available on 3DS eShop later today.
